PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment attaching device that does not require punching or the like to an attaching subject to improve the operability and operation efficiency. SOLUTION: A grip piece 2 and grip pieces 3, 3 are temporarily fastened to a base 1 by fixing bolts 4, 4, 4, 4. The grip piece 2 and grip pieces 3, 3 have shapes so as to draw upper surface portion 10a of H-shaped steel 10 closer to the base 1 by fastening each fixing bolt 4 with a nut screwed onto the bolt.
