PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work-conveying apparatus that has a simple mechanism and structure, fits in compactly, has improved operation efficiently, and can smoothly move a work straightly in a stable state. SOLUTION: In the work-conveying apparatus for pressing the work W on a conveyance rail 1 by a feed piece 2 for linear movement; a track rail 3 is installed at the lower portion of the conveyance rail 1; a straight line orbiting section 3a is provided at the upper orbiting section of the track rail 3; a plurality of carriers 4 are arranged at the track rail 3 for attachment; a guide rail section 5 is formed at each carrier 4 and the feed piece 2 is provided; a rotor 6 is installed in the ring of the track rail 3; a plurality of operating pieces 7 are arranged at the peripheral edge section of the rotor 6 for projection; a tip section 7a of each operating piece 7 is slidably engaged to the guide rail section 5 for allowing each carrier 4 to be circulated and moved; and each feed piece 2 presses the work W for linear movement while each carrier 4 is positioned in a rangeαof the linear orbiting section 3a of the track rail 3.
