PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed structure of a camera unit with ease of assembling, surely fixing the camera unit to a prescribed position without increasing the number of components, and capable of surely preventing dust intruded in and shading light incident onto a camera lens section and protecting a camera unit mirror barrel. SOLUTION: In the fixed structure of the camera unit, a holder member 4 encloses the surrounding of the camera unit 3 and holds the camera unit 3, and a case 1 of a mobile terminal fixes the holder member 4 to a circuit board 2. The camera unit 3 is surely fixed to a prescribed position by fitting a projection of the holder member 4 to a recessed part of the case 1 of the mobile terminal. In the fixed structure of the camera unit, a buffer member 6 such as rubber or sponge is placed on an upper side of the holder member 4 from the outside of the case 1 of the mobile terminal, a screen 5 of a camera section is stuck to the recessed part of the case 1 of the mobile terminal, and an enclosed structure is adopted between the screen 5 of the camera section and the camera unit 3.
