PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam forming circuit with a simple constitution used for a multi-beam antenna and a beam scanning antenna or the like adopting an aperture antenna form. SOLUTION: The beam forming circuit includes: a first lens antenna 11 provided with a plurality of beam ports A1 to A8 and a plurality of connection ports B1 to B8 located at an opposite side to the beam ports; and a second lens antenna 12 provided with a plurality of element ports D1 to D8 located at an opposite side of the above connection ports and respectively connected to a plurality of antenna elements.
