PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of opening parts of supply and sewage water tanks with a small number of parts and easy execution at low cost. SOLUTION: In the cover structure of opening parts of supply and sewage water tanks, L-shaped receiving frames are disposed on opening parts in a vertical wall of the supply and sewage water tanks or a plurality of opening parts formed in a floor surface to cover an upper part of the water tank, and a thermosetting resin plate is placed on/fitted to the L-shaped receiving frames. A thermosetting resin thin plate is disposed on face and back sides of the plate, and a honeycomb-like structure or a resin foam block is integrally disposed between the thin plates. A peripheral end part reinforcing resin foam body is integrally disposed on a peripheral end part of the plate, a placement part is formed on an edge part reinforcing resin foam by notching a lower portion thereof, and the placement part is fitted to/placed on the L-shaped receiving frame.
