PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning controlling device for a vehicle capable of detecting a proper outside air temperature, and improving air-conditioning efficiency in a compartment without giving discomfort to occupants. SOLUTION: In this air-conditioning controlling device 1 for a vehicle, a temperature sensor 16 is installed at an inlet of an evaporator 9 constituting a part of a heat exchanger. Temperature and vehicle speed detected by the temperature sensor 16 are made to correspond to setting temperature and vehicle speed, respectively. Because an intake port 3 is switched and controlled to either of an outside air introducing mode, an inside air circulating mode, or a semi-inside air mixing mode, air-conditioning efficiency can be improved without consuming waste output. In a low-speed area, each introducing mode is not switched, so that noises and the like are not generated at the time of switching and discomfort feelings are not given. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
