MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF FLEXIBLE TUBE FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a flexible tube for an endoscope capable of feeding coated flexible tubes into a heating furnace and continuously manufacturing the flexible tubes.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1 of the flexible tube comprises: coated flexible tube holders 20 to which the plurality of coated flexible tubes 10 are attached; the heating furnace 3 provided with a pair of doors 85a and 85b through which the flexible tube holder 20 passes and provided with a plurality of holder arranging parts 81 in the inside; a carrier 40 for lifting the coated flexible tube holder 20 and successively moving the flexible tube holder 20 arranged at the holder arranging parts 81 in one direction when the door 85a or the like is in an opened state; and a rotating device 30 for turning the coated flexible tubes 10 attached to the coated flexible tube holder 20 arranged at the holder arranging parts 81 to a rotating state when the door 85a or the like is in a closed state. The heating furnace 3 is provided with a circulation path 3a. A heater 6 for blowing hot air and a circulating device 7 for circulating the hot air blown from the heater 6 are provided on prescribed positions, and the hot air blown from the heater 6 is circulated in the heating furnace longitudinal direction.
