PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having good low temperature fixability and satisfying anti-offset properties. SOLUTION: With respect to viscoelasticity of the electrophotographic low temperature fixable toner to temperature variation obtained by a viscoelasticity measuring device, the lowest one of inflection points from upward convexity to downward convexity on a measured curve of storage modulus G' appears at 45-60°C, and a storage modulus G' of the toner at 180°C is 1×10<SP>2</SP>-5×10<SP>3</SP>Pa.
