PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain more vivid color images matching the colors of a subject while simplifying the procedures of operations required for the users. SOLUTION: The camera comprises: a lens optics system 22 to photograph an image, CCD 23 and others; a control part 32 which automatically determines color components to be emphasized based on the image data acquired by photographing and conducts color emphasizing on each pixel composing the image data based on the determined color components; and a flash memory 38 which records the image data which have undergone the color emphasizing.
