COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, METHOD FOR THE SAME, AND COMMUNICATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which uses a security function only when it is appropriate to do so without troubling a user and which is capable of preventing deterioration of the transmission performance due to the use of unnecessary security functions. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is equipped with: a means of secured communication for communicating with a connected party securely; a means of unsecured communication for communicating with the connected party unsecurely; a means of acquisition of a connected party's address for acquiring the address of the connected party; and a means for selecting either the means of secured communication or the means of unsecured communication on the basis of the acquired connected party's address.
