PURPOSE: A digital television capable of rearranging broadcasting contents and a method therefor are provided to automatically rearrange the broadcasting contents according to a user. CONSTITUTION: A micro-controller receives identification information from a user(210). The micro-controller detects a biorhythm of a corresponding date with respect to the user using identification information inputted from the user. The micro-controller reads a rearrangement order of broadcasting contents according to the detected biorhythm from a memory(230). The micro-controller rearranges the order of the broadcasting contents according to the read rearrangement order(240).
