PURPOSE: A tile for stairs and its preparation method are provided, to improve gloss and quality and to allow a tile to be constructed with a plate of tile at a time without a gap. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S10) injecting 30-40 wt% of feldspar, 10-20 wt% of kaolin, 20-30 wt% of clay, 10-20 wt% of white clay, 3-5 wt% of talc and 5-10 wt% of other reinforcing material with water to a pulverizer; (S20) pulverizing the mixture to prepare slip; (S30) drying the slip by using a spray drier to prepare granule or particle-state powder; (S50) making a tile mold; (S60, S70) molding the powder with a tile mold and drying it; (S80) processing the tile to print a design; and (S90) sintering the dried one at a temperature of 1,100-1,300 deg.C.
