Anti-felting treatment of keratinous fibres

Method for felt-free finishing of keratin fibers (A) comprising pretreatment in a plasma, then treatment with an aqueous dispersion of cationic polyurethane (I) and with a plasticizer (II). An Independent claim is also included for keratin fibers finished by the new method.
