PURPOSE: A nut, a fastener provided with the nut and a fastening device therefor are provided to solve a problem of a conventional nut assembly by installing a bolt such that the bolt is movable in an axial direction of the nut. CONSTITUTION: A nut(1') is screw-coupled with a bolt(2) formed at an outer portion thereof with a screw. A washer(3) is interposed between the nut(1') and the bolt(2). The washer(3) allows the bolt(2) to axially move along the nut(1') while preventing the bolt(2) from rotating with respect to the nut(1'). The nut(1') includes a first nut section(4) spaced from the washer(3) and a second nut section(5) aligned between the first nut section(4) and the washer(3). The first nut section(4) has a polygonal shape. A sectional area of the second nut section(5) is smaller than a sectional area of the first nut section(4).
