PURPOSE: A band pass filter for compensating temperature is provided to maintain constantly an operating characteristic of the band pass filter regardless of a variation of a supply voltage and a variation of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A band pass filter for compensating temperature includes a regulator, a temperature compensation circuit, and a trans-conductance amplifier. The regulator is used for converting a supply voltage to a constant DC voltage by using a band gap voltage. The temperature compensation circuit is used for outputting a bias voltage to a bias node by using the band gap voltage. The trans-conductance amplifier is used for receiving the DC voltage from the regulator. The trans-conductance amplifier is connected to the bias node in order to minimize a variation of trans-conductance. |
