PURPOSE: A sleeping learning apparatus using a TV and the TV for downloading a program in a CD writer are provided to prevent that a recorded image is shaken or deleted by the degradation of image quality. CONSTITUTION: A TV stores a program in CD writer. The TV uses a night mode using a move sensor. An alpha wave generator generates an alpha wave in the night mode during 5 minutes to 10 minutes. The CD writer, the move sensor and the alpha wave generator are installed in the TV.
