PURPOSE: An apparatus for recording and reproducing complex image and voice information is provided to be embodied as one packaged unit product by integrating an image information processing device and a voice information processing device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit and an information recording medium are embedded in a body(11). A plurality of operation buttons and a battery are installed in the body(11) for connecting to the control unit. A camera unit(13) installed at one side of the body(11) transmits and receives signals with the control unit. A display device(15) installed to be capable of changing a posture with respect to the body(11) transmits and receives the signals. A voice information processing device transmits and receives the signals with the control unit and the information recording medium. The information recording medium stores signal information inputted from the camera unit(13), the voice information processing unit and the outside. The control unit outputs information stored in the information recording medium according to the operation of the operation buttons through the display device(15) and the voice information processing unit. The control unit outputs signal information inputted from the camera unit(13), the voice information processing unit and the outside through the display device(15) and the voice information processing unit.
