PURPOSE: A path switching circuit using I and Q data is provided to prevent a data decoding error by automatically switching an I-path and a Q-path when a phase of Q-data is changed according to local frequency injection of transmission/reception circuit. CONSTITUTION: Input terminals(IN_1,IN_2) inputs one of I-data and Q-data of transmission/reception data. A phase detector(110) detects a phase difference between the I-data and the Q-data inputted from the input terminals(IN_1,IN_2). A transmission path setting unit(120) outputs a transmission path setup signal for transmitting the I-data and Q-data based on the detection result of the phase detector(110). Switching units(130,140) switches a transmission path of the I-data and Q-data based on the transmission path setup signal outputted from the transmission path setting unit(120).
