PURPOSE: Provided is a color polyester film applied to windows of vehicles and buildings, which screens ultraviolet rays and heat rays and prevents glass flakes from scattering when the windows are broken suddenly. CONSTITUTION: The color polyester film comprises a particle layer(A layer)(1) made of a polyester resin containing 0.2-4.0wt% of an inorganic particle having an average particle size of 1-10 micrometer, a base layer(B layer)(2) made of a polyester resin containing 0.01-10wt% of a dye and 0.01-5wt% of a sunscreen, and pressure sensitive adhesive layer(C layer) and transparent film layer(D layer) laminated on the other sides of the particle layer(A layer)(1) and the base layer(B layer)(2). The inorganic particle of the particle layer(A layer)(1) is silica. And the sunscreen is at least one selected from a UV absorbent such as a benzophenone, a benzotriazole, a resorcinol monobenzoate, etc, and a UV stabilizer such as a hindered amine, an imino ester, etc.
