摘要 FIELD: production of mineral cotton. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to mineral cotton production, in particular to the devices for production of fine and superfine fibers using a method of injection-blow-molding. As long as the fibers at injection-blow-molding may be produced only from films and jets the invention uses Ovsyannikov's ejector to produce fibers from mineral melts. The ejector contains an axially symmetric body with a ring-type nozzle of active gas, a high pressure chamber, a dissector coaxial with the body, a branch-pipe for delivery of an active gas. At that the butt surface of the body on the side of the dissector is made in the form of tore. The annular nozzle of the active gas is formed by a surface of tore and an outer surface of the dissector. The dissector has the spiral channels used for the jets swirling through which the high pressure chamber is linked with the ring-type nozzle. At that the salient surfaces of the channels of jets swirling are smoothly conjugated with the outer surface of the dissector. The branch-pipe of the active gas delivery is connected to the high-pressure chamber along the body axis - as device for production of fibers out of mineral melts. The technical result is an increase of productivity, decreased thickness of the fibers due to increase of the traveling speed of compressed air. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity, decreased thickness of the fibers. ^ 2 dwg
