PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording device which can easily print the title or the like of an optical disk on a label and performs additional printing for even the label of an optical disk in a part of the region of which printing is already performed, and its control program. SOLUTION: The optical disk recording device is provided with: a marking recording means recording on the optical disk a marking indicating an already printed region among the region of the label of the optical disk; and a marking detecting means detecting the marking recorded on the optical disk, a label printing means uses the marking detecting means to detect the region in which printing is already performed among the region of the label of the optical disk, and performs printing for a black region in which printing is not yet performed among the region of the label.
