HINGE DEVICE FOR MOBILE PHONE WITH CAMERA, AND MOBILE PHONE HAVING THE HINGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a mobile phone with a camera, and a mobile phone having the hinge device.

SOLUTION: In the hinge device, the fold of the mobile phone may be automatically opened/closed to a main body to rotate a digital camera. The hinge device includes: a fixed member 130; a turning member 110; a moving force generating means provided within the fold for generating the moving force; an inner rotator 106 within the turning member; an image pickup means 104 provided in the inner rotator; a rotation stop means to stop the rotation of the inner rotator to rotate the turning member with the moving force of the moving force generating means; and a transmission means connected to the moving force generating means and the fixed member for selectively transmitting the moving force.
