<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply parts low in supply frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A part holder unit 20 for supporting the parts low in supply frequency is additionally installed. The holder unit 20 is used for detachably attaching a part holder 1 with the parts supported to a mounting part 12 the part holder unit. The part holder unit includes: a guide rail 22; a hinge 24 connected to the guide rail 22; and a supporting plate 25 for detachably receiving the part holder 1.
