<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up an expansion processing without changing a compression format. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that the size of code data acquired for each rectangular area is a threshold or less (Y in S2), the code data and expanded data for which the code data are expanded are cached (S5, S6) in the case that the other code data matching with the code data are not cached (N in S3), and the expanded data of the other matching code data are transferred as the expanded data of the code data (S7) in the case that the other code data matching with the code data are cached (Y in S3).
