PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the easy transmittance of train information such as train schedule changing information or slow-speed information or the like to a train crewman and reduce a burden of a transportation managing person. SOLUTION: It is assumed that a train crewman rides on a train 20, sets a train number and further sets a train on-rail state. This train number is transmitted to a managing system 10. A train operation-related host computer receives the train number through a train radio section 30, retrieves a train on-rail managing table 15 in response to the received train number to check the train on-rail state of the train 20. If the train on-rail state is attained, the computer retrieves train information DB14, checks the presence or absence of the train information that has been generated and accumulated about the train. If train information is present, the train information is transmitted to the train 20 through the train radio section 30. The train 20 displays the received train information on a train-mounted monitor device. In addition, the train information is transmitted under predetermined timing also during the actual operation of the train and then the train information is transmitted in response to the request of the crewman.
