SENDING BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sending business support system for supporting the sending business of a surrogate sending company to facilitate use of combined discounts.

SOLUTION: The sending business support system 2 receives and stores sending request information including the expected date of sending and the number of mails sent from a surrogate sending company system 6 via a network 4, and adds up the number of mails sent to a plurality of sending requesters, for each expected date of sending included in the sending request information stored. Next, the discount rates of sending charges (postage) applicable to the total number of mails sent are referred to and the sending forms of the postal matter added up based on the discount rates referred to are created and sent to the surrogate sending company system 6. The system 6 prints the sending forms received. The surrogate sending company provides the postal matter and the sending forms to a post office to end the sending business requested.
