The ventilation grille has an external and an internal row of lamellae (2 and 3) arranged at a spacing from one another, which, offset in a staggered manner in relation to one another, are arranged with angle openings facing one another in two mounting parts (5 and 6) containing in each case one of the lamella rows. The two mounting parts (5 and 6) are interconnected by detachable fastening means (12) and arranged in a support frame (7) which is held separately in the wall (8) and on which e.g. the external mounting part (5) is articulated releasably and outwardly removably. The two mounting parts (5 and 6) form an installation unit which can be assembled outside the wall region and can as a whole be handled with a few manipulations. The two lamella rows are each separately accessible for cleaning without the support frame (7) or other loose parts having to be demounted for this purpose or the connection to the wall (8) being impaired. One embodiment has a filter mat (21) which is permeable to the air flow and the edge parts of which are in each case clamped in between an outwardly directed bearing surface of the support frame (7) and a contact-pressure part of the internal mounting part (6). <IMAGE>
