PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator monitoring device capable of efficiently monitoring an operation state by performing a monitor display of the operation state when an operation abnormality of an elevator occurs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an elevator control device 3 including a group management control device 4 for controlling the operation of each elevator, an operation monitoring device 6 for monitoring the operation state of the elevator by receiving operation data from the elevator control device 3, and a monitor 7 for displaying the operation state. The operation monitoring device 6 includes an operation state recording means 104 for continuously recording changed operation data of operation data, a retrieval control means 106 for detecting data required for a display from the stored operation data, and a display control means 107 for displaying the selected operation data as the operation state on the monitor 7.
