PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a three-dimensional measurement more accurately performable by solving problems due to differences between projection points, when measuring the three-dimensional shape of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring apparatus 1 is provided with a projecting means 3, a CCD (charge-coupled device) camera 4 and an image processing means 5. The projecting means 3 obliquely projects a prescribed light pattern onto the surface of a print board K from above. The CCD camera 4 which is disposed directly above the print board K, photographs a portion of the print board K being irradiated of the light pattern. In the image processing means 5, the three-dimensional measurement of a cream solder is carried out, based on the data of the image photographed by using a prescribed three-dimensional measuring method. The projecting means 3 includes a halogen lamp 11, a condenser lens 12, a stripe-type plate 13, and a projection lens 14. A light intensity correcting plate 15 is disposed between the halogen lamp 11 and the stripe-type plate 13, thereby uniformizing the light pattern in light intensity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
