PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely reduce noise level while minimizing damage to parts during conveyance, and to align and discharge parts with simple mechanism and directionality. SOLUTION: This parts feeder comprises an inner disk 1, an outer ring plate 2 disposed outside the inner disk 1 in an attitude tilting with the inner disk 1, and a driving mechanism 3 for rotating the outer ring plate 2 and the inner disk 1. The rotating outer ring plate 2 discharges parts P to the outside. The driving mechanism 3 rotates the inner disk 1 and the outer ring plate 2 at the same rotation speed in the same direction.
