PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice vending machine and a rice polishing machine with which even a user who has not decided to purchase or polish rice and visits with nothing in the hand can purchase or polish rice without fail. SOLUTION: This rice vending machine or this rice polishing machine is provided with a rice bag paying-out means 2 for paying-out a take-out rice bag 1 of a size equivalent to the amount of the rice to be processed by feeding the proper charge and then performing a switching operation before or after the processing is completed.
