PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support arrangement of an electric motor drive device, capable of sufficiently absorbing the vibration generated from a drive part, even if the number of rotations of the electric motor changes. SOLUTION: A motor drive device 1 comprises an electric motor 2 and is placed on a floor surface by a plurality of support legs 12, arranged on the lower surface of a base 9 that supports a drive part which is driven by the electric motor 2. The support leg 12 is made from an elastic material. The support leg 12 is provided with a vibration absorbing surface 17 that supports the load of a device body. The vibration-absorbing surface 17 of the support leg 12 is deformed elastically via a protruding part 23 of a small cross-sectional area, formed between the lower surface of the base 9 and the vibration absorbing surface 17 so as to make the load and vibration of the motor drive device 1 body supported.
