PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image-recorded recording medium which enables a photographer being a copyright person to surely determine whether or not an image recorded in the recording medium is an image photographed by a predetermined digital camera, without adding any special circuit to the digital camera. SOLUTION: In the image-recorded recording medium in which image files each composed of an image data area IA and photographing information area PA are recorded, pixel defect information (X1, Y1) to (X8, Y8) which are inherent to image pickup elements of the digital camera used in photographing is recorded in the area PA.
