PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet carrier which is hardly affected by an image forming unit, paper sheets and other peripheral environment. SOLUTION: An in-feed roller which is a first means for paper sheet carriage is set to be a reference roller to carry paper sheets. An output shaft of the in-feed motor to drive the reference roller is consistently rotated, and the rotation of an out-feed motor to drive an out-feed roller as a second carrying means is controlled so that the position of a dancer roller becomes stable.
