<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mn-Zn ferrite having a small deterioration of DC superimposing characteristics over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 100°C). <P>SOLUTION: The Mn-Zn ferrite comprises Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>of 51.0-52.0 mol%, ZnO of 18.5-22.0 mol% and MnO of remainder as main components, and further includes SiO<SB>2</SB>of 0.001-0.006 wt.%, CaO of 0.006-0.017 wt.%, V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>of 0.02-0.08 wt.%, Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>of 0.01-0.05 wt.% and TiO<SB>2</SB>of 0.5-1.5 wt.% as accessory components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
