PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding workbench which can be easily and rapidly folded in a symmetrical manner while top board materials and leg materials on both left and right sides are kept in an M-shape. SOLUTION: The top board materials 2 and 2 are arranged on left and right sides between which a central structural material 1 is sandwiched; each one end of both the materials 2 and 2 is pivotally mounted on the structural material 1; the leg material 3 is pivotally mounted on the other end of each of the materials 2; interlocking link mechanisms 4 each are interposed between the structural member 1 and each of the materials 2 and between each of the materials 2 and each of the leg materials 3; and the structural material 1 is pressed down so that the left and right materials 2 and 2 and the leg materials 3 and 3 can be symmetrically folded in synchronization with one another in such a manner that the structural material 1 serves as a center.
