PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to downsizing, thinning and weight-reduction of a cabinet, reinforce grounding of a camera module, and suppress radiation of noises. SOLUTION: If a gasket 28 is assembled into the inside of the cabinet 2 by being pasted onto a conductive part 27a of a flexible substrate 14, a front case and a rear cover of the cabinet 2 are mutually fitted or tightened by using a fixing tool such as a male screw and a female screw, and a mobile phone is assembled, the tabular gasket 28 is deformed receiving a compressive load by being pinched between the cabinet 2 and the flexible substrate 14, pushes itself onto the flexible substrate 14 and the cabinet 2 by means of repulsive force, and surely carries out an electric connection of the flexible substrate 14 and the cabinet 2. By interposing the tabular gasket 28 into a thin gap between the flexible substrate 14 and the cabinet 2 in this way, the flexible substrate 14 and the cabinet 2 are surely electrically connected.
