PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof material capable of effectively providing the soundproof effect thereof by effectively reducing noise generated at the bent portion of piping, particularly, at the outer peripheral surface inside deepest portion of the bent portion, a soundproof piping using the soundproof material, and a soundproof structure. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing layer 12 stuck onto the outer peripheral surface 24 of the piping 22 and a soundproof sheet 11 laminated on the sound absorbing layer 12 and formed of a sound isolating layer 13 are punched into two sheets of bending side surface coating parts 14 and two sheets of fixed parts 15. The loose end parts 19 of the inside coating parts 17 of the bending side surface coating parts 14 are formed as inside space forming parts allowed to be opposed to each other through a specified width W so that an interval for holding the sound absorbing layer 12 can be secured at its opposite position to the outer peripheral surface 24 inside 27 deepest portion D of the bending portion 23.
