HOLLOW TWISTED WIRE COIL, TOOL FOR MEDICAL APPLICATION OBTAINED BY USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a hollow twisted wire coil of flexible wires, constituting a main part of a tool for medical application, and to mass-produce the high-quality hollow twisted wire coil at a low cost in high efficiency.

SOLUTION: The hollow twisted wire coil is constituted by twisting the many wires on the same circumference so as to make the center part hollow. The hollow twisted wire coil is formed by twisting the wires under the load of twisting resistance and has a highly rotation-following/straightness-imparted form obtained by a heat treatment for removing remaining stress caused by the processing. The twisting processing is carried out while loading the wire group with the twisting resistance and subjecting the wire group to the heat treatment.
