PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film laminated aluminum plate excellent in adhesion and processability treated with a non-chromium type surface treatment agent. SOLUTION: The polyester film laminated aluminum plate is obtained by a method wherein at least one surface of an aluminum plate is coated with a titanium-containing aqueous liquid (A), which is obtained by mixing an aqueous hydrogen peroxide with at least one titanium compound selected from the group consisting of a hydrolyzable titanium compound, a low condensate of the hydrolyzable titanium compound, titanium hydroxide and a low condensate of titanium hydroxide, and a titanium type rustproof agent (C), which contains at least one compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an organic acid, an organic acid salt, a metal hydrofluoric acid, a metal hydrofluoride, ammonia and an organic basic compound, and, after the coated aluminum plate is dried, a polyester film with a melting point of 200-275°C is laminated on the titanium rustproof film on the aluminum plate.
