FLUORESCENT INDICATOR USING FRET

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorescent indicator based on homogeneous FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer) by using a fluorescent molecule having a small Stokes shift and to develop a visualization system of intermolecular interaction.

SOLUTION: The fluorescence indicator is obtained by bonding fluorescent molecule components having substantially the same fluorescence properties to the N terminal side and the C terminal side of a target sequence which an analysis substance is bonded to or acts on to change the stereostructure of the indicator.
