摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interactively and melodiously change a BGM (background music) in response to the game playing situation of a player. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU (central processing unit) of the subject game device outputs the BGM from a speaker as a sound by making a DSP (digital signal processor) process sonic waveform data based on BGM playing data. The CPU acquires code information at locations to be performed of the BGM (S61 and S63). The CPU discriminates whether or not a player object and a non-player object have become a specified relationship in response to the operation by the player (refer to S49 of the figure). Then, when it is discriminated that the specified relationship has been established in the step S49, the CPU makes the DSP process the sonic waveform data (S69) based on a special performance (total performance (tutti)) being adaptable to the acquired code information.
