<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information on customers living in a place, which a person in charge of business visits for his(or her) business activity, and simultaneously automatically produce a business report or the like for reporting the contents of the business activity as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A screen 5 listing required customers' names is displayed in accordance with a location, in which the person in charge of business is, when he (or she) requests the information on the customers. From this customer list, he (or she) examines order in visiting the customers and is ready to produce the business reports 70 on the customers which he (or she) determines to visit, when the determination is made. He (or she) inputs visiting time, the purpose of the visit and so on every time he (or she) visits them, and the business report 70 on each of the customers is automatically produced.
