PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that as a label on which a title and contents are described is housed in an optical disk case in conventional optical disk cases, it must be taken out from an optical disk case whenever a title and contents are rewritten, then it is very inconvenient. SOLUTION: This case is an optical disk case constituted of a bottom board, a top board, and side walls which are joined to each side of these bottom board and top board and are perpendicular to the bottom board and the top board, a back cover title display region displaying a title or the like of a housed optical disk is provided at either of a surface of the bottom board and a surface of the top board, and a back cover title display region projecting means which projects display contents displayed on this back cover title display region to the side wall is constituted inside the optical disk case.
