SOLUTION: A transmitting station location vector (r) from a user's own vehicle location is calculated based on a transmitting station location PT and the user's own vehicle location Pn obtained from the navigation system and a user' own vehicle travel vector (v) is calculated based on the user' own vehicle locations Pn which are sequentially inputted. A transmitting station angleθ2 from the user' own vehicle location is calculated based on the transmitting station location vector (r), and a user' own vehicle travel angleθ1 is calculated based on the user' own vehicle travel vector (v). A transmitting station directionθviewed from a user' own vehicle travel direction is calculated based on the calculated transmitting station angleθ2 and the user' own vehicle travel angleθ1.
