PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless apparatus in a VOX transmission operation without being conscious of a breathing pause, capable of preventing transmission from being finished on the way of talking without the need for an additional circuit. SOLUTION: The wireless apparatus in the VOX transmission operation whose transmission is started when an input level from a microphone exceeds a reference level, is maintained for a prescribed time when the input level is lower than the reference level, and is finished when the input level does not exceed the reference level during the prescribed period, has a transmission start reference level and a transmission end reference level as the reference level, and the transmission end reference level is decreased after a prescribed time from transmission start.
