PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy saving, with a small loss and noises, realize the improvement of productivity, the reduction of the manufacturing cost and elimination of excessive use of a band material and improve installation property (space saving, versatility, etc.) heat radiation and rigidity. SOLUTION: The reactor apparatus is provided with a reactor 4 having an iron core 2 and a coil 3 wound around this iron core 2, and it has a lamination structure where a plurality of iron sheet pieces 2p are stacked in an axial direction Fs. The iron core 2 is formed like a non-polygonal ring-like shape without a bending part and like a flat shape wherein a total width Lw to a thickness Ld is a specified value (e.g. 10) or more, and the reactor 4 is formed of the coil 3 wound by a vertical flat square wire W in a circumferential direction along the sectional shape of the iron core 2.
