<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a reply processing by a person insured and a receiving processing by an automobile insurance company by constituting a reply postal card to be sent back to the automobile insurance company as a reply postal card into which inputting can be performed by utilizing an electronic pen. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of inputting columns and checking columns are provided on the back surface part of the reply postal card, and dot patterns recognizable by a specified electronic pen are formed in these frames. After the person insured fills up necessary items by using the electronic pen, by performing a transmitting processing, data corresponding to the filled-up contents are transmitted to a server for receiving and processing the data in an automobile insurance company. Then, the data are automatically registered in a data base connected with the server as a specified data structure. The automobile insurance company or the like can access thereby to the data registered in the data base and returned back from the person insured at a specified timing and performs a receipt processing. On the other hand, when a person who has no electronic pen is the subject, necessary items are filled up on a reply postal card by an ordinary method, and the reply postal card is mailed to the automobile insurance company and the automobile insurance company can perform the receipt processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
