PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level difference rubbing device easily installed and removed after use and reusable. SOLUTION: This plate-like level difference rubbing device 10 of triangular cross section connecting a paved road surface Rt with level difference gently with a slope 12 is provided with a level difference rubbing member 10a formed of a rubber material; a through hole 12C vertically bored in the rubbing member 10a; a steel plate 20 horizontally embedded halfway in the vertical direction of the through hole 12C; a fixing bolt Bs locked to the steel plate 20; and a fixing hole Hs bored in the paved road surface Rt corresponding to the position of the fixing bolt Bs.
