PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition containing an extremely safe surfactant having high emulsifying power and used in a cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition is a mixture of polyglycerine condensed ricinoleic ester and polyglycerine lauric ester and containing 15-60wt.% of polyglycerine condensed ricinoleic ester in the composition.
